Since then, I’ve been using it daily and teaching other agents how to do the same through webinars, classes, and shared resources. Because truthfully, if you’re not using AI in your business yet, you’re falling behind.

Still, my main tool is ChatGPT. I pay $20/month for the Plus version, and it’s like having a full-time marketing consultant in my pocket. I’ve trained it to understand my systems and my voice. I use it to write listings, social media posts, emails, and even troubleshoot tech issues.

True story: I once used ChatGPT’s vision feature to walk an apprentice through how to mount a camera on a gimbal during a photo shoot. It guided us step-by-step—live. That’s how powerful this tool is.

Don’t Know Where to Start? That’s Okay.

The best part? You can literally tell ChatGPT, “I don’t know how to ask this,” and it’ll help you ask better. I’ve asked it to explain things like I’m five years old, and it does. It’s built to teach you.
