He told me to hop on Pinterest and study how other agents pose—on laptops, opening doors, standing in kitchens. I picked out some neutral outfits, added a little color, threw on earrings a friend gave me, and did my thing.

Because in this market? If you’re not showing up on video, on socials, on multiple platforms—you’re already falling behind.

The Truth About Leads

Leads? Most are garbage right now.
You don’t want just anyone. You want people who see your content, trust you already, and say, “I want to work with her.”

That kind of trust is built through content. Through consistency. Through showing up.
You need to be a marketer first, and an agent second. Just like every big brand out there—market yourself.

Let me give you a smart example.

I reached out to a friend—she’s an agent with a $7M waterfront listing. I asked if I could shoot my lifestyle photos there. She said yes. Stunning property, perfect backdrop for a waterfront specialist like me.

And then she took it next-level: she offered the space to other agents in time slots to shoot content. Everyone tags her, markets the home, and in return, the property gets tons of exposure.
